Managed Services Provider Business IT Support, IT Consultants

What does OAC Technology do?

OAC Technology is a managed service provider. A managed IT plan covers help desk, 24/7 monitoring, patching, server and network management, and cloud and Microsoft 365 support at a flat monthly rate per device. OAC also provides cybersecurity layers, backups, business phone systems, AI integration and server hosting in its own Minneapolis data center, each priced separately.

Do your current IT support specialists send out a different person each time you need help? We find this annoying and inefficient.

At OAC Technology, we employ some of the brightest and most talented people in the business IT solutions industry. And solving your company’s IT problems year after year is what we are here for. Our Managed Services Technicians believe that establishing long term relationships with clients saves everyone time and improves efficiency. We hire a mix of people who are good with technology, and good with people. Our Technicians love what they do.

Who is OAC Technology for?

Most OAC clients are Twin Cities businesses with 5 to 200 employees: law firms, accounting firms, manufacturers, contractors, nonprofits, property managers and software companies, among others. There is no minimum number of devices, and the same published per-device rates apply whether you have five computers or two hundred.

Nobody likes a know-it-all, yet many managed service providers think it’s appropriate to talk to their clients as if they’ve never turned on a computer. OAC takes a more personable approach. What makes us uncommon is the way we engage with our customers, the personalities of our friendly staff, and our IT knowledge.

When you talk to our IT support experts, it’s like calling a friend who understands the intricacies of cloud services, desktop support, virtualized solutions and more. We care about making IT work at your business and put ourselves in your shoes. Every one of our business IT solutions starts with a simple question: How would we handle this if it were our business?

OAC combines IT proficiency with friendly employees, because IT solutions are only as good as the people who provide them. Instead of assigning a different team member to your account whenever an issue arises, you will get an expert who has taken the time to understand your business as a whole. Our IT capabilities are impressive, but the quality of our team sets us apart.

We Know Your Name

Our Managed Services Technicians view our clients as people rather than accounts or ticket numbers. We make it a point to get to know you on a first name basis, because you and your business truly matter to our team.

IT expertise icon

We Know IT

Do you have high standards for who handles IT at your business? Perfect! We do too. Every one of our employees has network administrator status or better, ensuring a higher standard of service for your company.

No long-term contracts icon

We Have No Long-Term Contracts

Agreements are month to month, with no long-term contract and no penalty for leaving. What is covered and what is priced separately is written down before you start, and the first conversation, usually about half an hour, is free. If you don’t love us, we’ll help you find an IT company you do love working with.

What happens when you call

  1. A conversation, usually half an hour. What you have, what breaks and what you wish worked. It is free.
  2. A written summary. What we found, what we would change, and a flat monthly price built from our published rates.
  3. A month-to-month agreement. It says what is covered and what is priced separately. There is no long-term contract and no penalty for leaving.

See what to expect as a client for the first month, week by week.
